Get Competition Ready - 16 Week Men’s Physique/Bodybuilding Program
This program is designed for men who want to build muscle and to keep lean for men's physique or bodybuilding competition. This program is designed to push your body , using the highest weight for higher reps. For this program to work it is required you have a gym membership, for each workout requires gym machines. This program is set up with four days straight workouts and one day of rest. The methods I am teaching in this program are what I use to prepare for competitions that I have found most effective.
